**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. There are very few residential homes on Maui that can be legally rented for short-term vacations, and those that cannot be are being shut down. Keep this in mind when selecting your rental!

Please note that the owners of the house live next door while on the island and assist with maintenance issues when necessary. Weekly landscaping is provided on Wednesdays, and pool service is as needed.
