Summary:

Situated on a shared property, this inviting villa offers air conditioning in each bedroom, along with full ensuite bathrooms and private entrances that provide direct access to the shared pool. Designed for comfort and convenience, Ohana Hale is an ideal retreat for guests seeking a relaxed island stay in a beautiful, walkable location.



The Space:

Ohana Hale is a newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa designed for comfort and privacy. Guests may choose between a king bed or two twin beds in either bedroom to best suit their sleeping preferences. The bedrooms include beach towels, and each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. An initial set of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion is provided in each bathroom for guest convenience. Guests can enjoy meals and relaxation on the private garden lanai, which is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and offers a peaceful outdoor dining experience. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and baking trays. Additional kitchen amenities include a drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, blender, olive oil, salt, and pepper.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the shared pool, communal yoga studio, BBQ gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach cooler.



The Neighborhood:

This villa is a private tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling, and surfing. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, food trucks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and skate parks. All are within walking distance from our beautiful property.



Getting Around:

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.



Other Things to Note:

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.

Appliances in the unit were very new, furniture was very comfortable, area was beautiful, easy walk to the beach and food trucks. I would definitely look to stay here again. Lighting near the pedestrian gate entrance was very dim could definitely use more light there. Other than that zero complaints our stay was amazing.

This condo was joke

We checked in they had the wrong date for us, There was construction from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 20 Workers at one time all day long banging and chopping saws tile saws, and more. They Miss lead us in the description of how much construction. We ran out of Hot water every day, wifi very weak. There will be construction there for the next year. Very disappointed, Do not stay.

Wonderful time in Kihei

What an amazing place to stay. We were not expecting the recent remodel and have to say they have done a wonderful job. Excellent location close to some wonderful beaches and great dining options. Great kitchen made it easy to save money and prepare our own meals.

Fantastic - Immaculate - Everything we needed and more!

My friends and traveled to Maui for a Golf tournament in October. The hosts were great to work with and the place was perfect for the downtime between golf It was in immaculate condition, the beds were very comfortable and the unit was perfect for the 4 of us. Check in and check out were smooth and simple. We will definitely try to book it again next year (and one of our guys won the event - which made our stay even more special!).

Great location, close to nice beaches and so forth. Place suited our needs as a family of 4 no problem. The suite we had is a little worn and could use some freshing up soon. Cleanliness is about a 3 of 5 as we found hairs in the linens and some surfaces thatbwere clearly not properly cleaned prior to our stay. If youre coming here foxused on your accommodations more than the location, you may be a bit underwhelmed but thats not why people comento Maui i would say. I would recommend it to others if they wantes this area of maui

Walking distance to local restaurants and shopping!

This property is a great local spot. Our family loved the convenience of walking to local restaurants and shopping. This was our first trip to Maui and we wanted an experience that was authentic and not "resorty" and this spot was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the space, not fancy, but accommodated our needs. The cooking supplies were limited but with restaurants so close by, we didn't need to cook. The pool was a nice spot to relax after a morning at the beach. The pool was easily accessible from our unit, which was our only concern the entire visit. The doors from the bedrooms go straight to the pool and they don't deadbolt. Traveling with a 2 year old, this was extremely dangerous and we had to move furniture to block the doors. It also made the accommodations a little noisy for naps and when other guests were not adhering to noise policy. Anything happening at the pool sounded like it was in our bedroom. All this said, we'd stay here again. Great location and accommodations for the price .

Not bad but not great

The suite is fine, but dark, and several small items were broken when we arrived (kitchen drawers, closet doors, etc.). The pool and hot tub are small. You can hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly and they were loud. However, the beach is lovely and close and the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were greatly appreciated. The grocery store is close, but the neighborhood feels a bit run down. The property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Overall a decent place to stay, but nothing special.

Great Experience

Kihei is a small town and this condo is very well located. This is a unit inside a multi unit complex, so you will have people living above and next to you (as is expected in condos in Hawaii!). I will describe it as a nice little compound, the property is either fenced or lined with trees all the way around, and the pool and hot tub are shared with the other 3 or so units. Lots of nice amenities that are all in the listing, close walk to the beach that’s a popular surfing spot for small but enjoyable waves, walkable to the food trucks oasis and other restraints, very enjoyable little town!
