The Palms at Wailea #1507 is spacious, tastefully decorated and has an ocean view, mountain view, an expansive lanai with deluxe outdoor furniture and three-zone air conditioning for personalized comfort.
We are ideally located on the grass level of the inner circle of the complex, overlooking the pond and just a short stroll to the pool. No steep staircase to climb.

Details
-The roomy master bedroom has a Stearns and Foster Luxury Estate California King bed, A/C, a second TV, an ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combo and your own sliding doors to the lanai.
-The second bedroom has been upgraded for privacy and comfort, replacing the slotted sliding wall found in some other units and its own A/C. It can be made into two twins or a king. Second bathroom has a shower.
-Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of cupboard space and quality appliances.
-Living room has A/C, an LG Lcd television and upgraded high-speed internet. This unit provides a new, full-sized LG washer and dryer.
The Palms of Wailea is located within easy distance to golf, recreation, beaches, shops, restaurants and the famous Wailea hotels.
Rentals Maui Notes: Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

It was clean, comfortable, roomy, well stocked, quiet, nicely decorated, close to the pool and a quick drive to two great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The best part was the large lanai where we spent all of our time for meals and relaxing with a panoramic ocean view. The lounge chairs were our nightly spot for watching beautiful sunsets!

A Beautiful Ground Floor Unit

It is a beautiful ground floor unit with stunning ocean views and a large lanai, which we used daily. The two bedroom, two bath unit is nicely appointed, but we were especially struck by the quality of the durable goods in the unit - from the dishware and cutlery to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The owners have thought of everything. Just sit back and enjoy. Aloha and Mahalo to the owners.

Beautiful maui condo!

The location is perfect- a short walk to beautiful Keawakapu beach, and close to Wailea and Kihei. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable, and is perfectly situated within the comple. There is an amazing view of the sunset , Lanai and the West Maui mountains from the lanai, as well as the lush landscaping of the Palms. We have stayed on Maui numerous times over the years, and this was our favorite accomodation by far. We were also extremely happy with the management company for ease of booking as well as helping us coordinate an early check in as I was travelling with my elderly father.We did not want to leave!

From the moment we walked in we sensed the attention to the details that made our experience first rate. Creating meals in a kitchen so well stocked with utensils that were a joy to use, use of furniture that enabled us to dine comfortably and then relax on the most well appointed lanai while watching whales in the sunset was magical. Overall it’s evident this home is well taken care of and management responded very quickly to any concerns. We feel very fortunate to have stayed and thank the owners for sharing.Walks to keawakapu and Ulua beaches as well as easy access to shopping both in Wailea and Kihei make the location ideal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time in this unit over the past few years. It is in a great location, extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils, really nice glassware, plastic ware for the patio, beach chairs, tons of towels, etc. We appreciate the nice appliances too. I've mentioned before that an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows would be a great benefit for better sleep and an up-size in the living room television would be great! Unfortunately this stay, we had a family of five in the condo above us that had total disregard for the fact that their were residents below them. After two reminders from Maui Rentals with no change in their behavior, we almost moved to a hotel to get away from the 24/7 stomping, running and scraping of chairs, but couldn't bite the bullet for the cost of that. Despite the unwanted noise from them on this trip, this is a delightful place to stay.

Good, but could have been better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many good things, and a few not so good things. PROS: great views, nice furniture indoor and outdoor, comfortable beds, A/C worked great, nice location near pool. CONS: the floor was really sandy and dirty when we arrived, paper products like toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee filters, were very low in supply, no safe for guests to use, stay was great until there were guests on second floor who were very noisy. I replied to the management property when they asked for a review. They said they were sorry that it happened, and we should have called them to come clean the floors and stock the supplies we needed. In my opinion, when you pay a considerable amount of money in advance for cleaning, the place should be clean and stocked and we should not have to wait around for them to come clean. Not having a safe, we were not going to let them come when we were not there. Our stay was about $500 a night including all taxes and charges and for that I expect a little more service. Also, a coffee pack for the guests for their first morning would have been nice. We got in late and didn't have time to go to the store the first night. A welcome coffee would have been nice the next morning.

Fantastic, quiet location, loaded with amenities

Reviewer Comments: Booked this unit, and right from the first moment, everything was handled professionally and swiftly.Payment process was explained clearly, we were notified about the dates and when information would be supplied and it was all on-time, and concise. Arrived at the unit late at night, we were tired and the everything was ready. The next morning we could really check out the unit. This place is great. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there is nothing more we needed. The unit has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, and everything you need for the beach.Also there was even some tools and some WD-40 to fix a sticky kitchen window latch. We did need to call maintenance for a running toilet valve, and it was fixed the very next day.The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there was an abundance of towels, and other amenities.The renovated kitchen is wonderful. We had stayed at the Palms in non-renovated units and the kitchen is kludgy. This updated kitchen works so much better than the original designs. Kudos to the owners for the redesign.Overall, this is a great unit, incredibly well stocked, and albeit it could have been cleaned a bit better (floors were gritty), I would love to stay at #1507 again.

Perfect Maui Location

The unit is well furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable day at the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen is also well furnished and, most important, the view from the lanai of the landscape and the ocean is perfect. Absolutely love this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this unit. It is well appointed, nicely decorated, spacious and just overall lovely! Short drive to the sunset (we always park in the shops and walk down through the Marriott), but also a nice sunset sky from the patio if you want to stay in. We used the grill two of the six nights that were were there. Again, another nice feature of this condo. There is a ton of room to spread out (even though it is just my boyfriend and me), two full baths and two bedrooms. The new LG Washer and Dryer are top notch, the Bosch dishwasher is the exact one I have at my home. The knives for cooking are sharp, not like in most other rentals, and there are a gazillion choices for dishes, glassware, etc. The wine glasses are a nice unexpected luxury. So very surprised to see that quality of stemware in a rental for sure. We will stay here over and over, again and again. Rentals Maui is excellent to work with, easy process the entire way.

We always enjoy staying at The Palms Wailea.

The tsunami warning goes off the 1st Monday of ever month! Wish we would have known that...lol. It is a great place to stay.

Relaxing with view

The property has a very nice view with good amenities and layout. The grounds are nice and quiet. Getting to the beach with small kids requires a car.

A perfect condo!

This incredible condos standout was the huge linei. You will spend more time outside than anywhere and for good reason! So well stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. This place is so nice and the location cannot be beat. Also so close to the pool!
