While there's plenty to keep you entertained right at home, you and your guests will also enjoy access to the seasonal Colington Harbour Community Outdoor Pool (with a refundable fee) overlooking the water on Colington Drive. Next to the pool, you'll find Colington Harbour Soundfront Park, featuring acres of sandy beaches, picnic tables shaded by large oak trees, and a playground. The soundfront beach offers a designated swimming area, a perfect, family-friendly retreat in the summer.

The home offers a bright, spacious, and very welcoming interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen at one end of the main-floor great room and an open living area at the other. Prepare your favorite dishes, dine shoulder-to-shoulder at the large breakfast bar, and then settle in to stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. Downstairs, discover a fun-filled game room complete with air hockey, foosball, a game table, large sectional, and a TV.

Outdoors, this home offers a furnished upper deck for alfresco dining and a lower-level patio.
