Oceanview Cottage With Screened Porch
For your next Outer Banks vacation, your family and four-legged best pal will love hanging out in this beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5-bath cottage with partial ocean views from the spacious top deck and screened porch! Beachside Hangar is packed with amenities making it the perfect blend of modern design meets seaside comfort. Located on a quiet street with very little traffic, the 5th Street lifeguarded beach access is just a short 5-minute (0.2-mile) walk away!

You'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and in the carport beneath the home offering dry entry. The entire backyard is fenced in making it the ideal spot for your kids or canine companion to play and run around. A deck area features relaxing furniture and a bubbly hot tub for soaking all your worries away. The laundry room is also located on the Ground Level and be sure to rinse off in the enclosed Outdoor Shower after a fun and exciting day at the beach! And when you're ready to cool off and have some fun inside, head on into the Game Room with a Pool Table, Smart TV, and Arcade-Style Game, making this a fantastic place to enjoy some friendly competition during your vacation!

All three bedrooms are on the Middle Level of this stunning home, each containing Smart TVs for streaming your favorite show before bed. A large Queen Master Bedroom with a ceiling fan enjoys direct access to the mid-level screened porch and features a semi-private full bath that is also accessible from the hallway. A second Queen bedroom with ceiling fan and deck access shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) with the third bedroom that is perfect for the kids featuring a Bunk Bed and a Futon. House was nice but hot tub was broken the entire stay (it was a key factor in selecting the house). Also, check-in wasnt until 5 and there was no flexibility
..even though the hot tub was broken.

Great place for what it is and pleasantly surprised, but not high end or luxurious

This home was relatively inexpensive, and my wife was wanting an older home that reminded her of her childhood. This one nailed it. It's a very nice sized hoe in a great location. It is older and the decor across the board shows that age, but it was generally pretty clean. The shower curtains in the bathrooms were a little dirty, but everything else was decent. I will say the sheets and pillow cases are about as cheap as you'll ever find and not comfotable. We bought some much nicer ones from Target. The kitchen is stocked with lot of dishes, pots and pans, etc. The TVs work and the Roku vacation home OS works well. The arcade game downstairs was fun, just be sure to find the power switch on the top of the unit. Pool table worked great. There are some beach goodies in the little shed outside, so check on those before renting other stuff. Outdoor shower is very nice. The Target is next door and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. It's very nice! Overall this place is worth the price, but do not expect luxury. It's plenty good. I can afford a lot more and I am very picky, but I went with my wife's requests and I was not unhappy. I would stay here again.

This is a fabulous house

Location is perfect. Quiet street. Centrally located for short drives or walk to stores and restaurants. Easy beach access. The fenced back yard was secure for my dog. We enjoyed many games of pool and the games in the arcade machine. Spent hours on the screened porch relaxing and enjoying family time. Would highly recommend. Keyless entry allowed for one less thing to worry about.
