Located on a quiet street with very little traffic, the 5th Street lifeguarded beach access is just a short 5-minute (0.2-mile) walk away!

You'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and in the carport beneath the home offering dry entry. The entire backyard is fenced in making it the ideal spot for your kids or canine companion to play and run around. A deck area features relaxing furniture and a bubbly hot tub for soaking all your worries away. The laundry room is also located on the Ground Level and be sure to rinse off in the enclosed Outdoor Shower after a fun and exciting day at the beach!
