Planning your OBX vacation? This home has everything you need to relax in luxury and have a great time in style!
We are located just past the 6 mile post in Kill Devil Hills at a narrow part of the island. It’s a short walk to the beautiful sound where you can leisurely stroll, bike or run on the path along Bay Drive. If you are looking for some beach time and fun in the waves, it’s an even shorter walk to the ocean. When you return, the outdoor shower will rinse the sand away.
We are located close to local favorite restaurants and shops, putt putt golf, as well as multiple grocery stores.
Guests will have access to the entire home which include:
-a ground level entertainment room with a wet bar, refrigerator, 60” TV, foosball table and full bath
-a second floor main living space with a fully stocked kitchen and dining table to seat 8, a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace and 60” TV, a wrap around porch, half bath and a bedroom with 1 queen bed, laundry with a full size washer and dryer.
-the third floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area and en suite bath, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a hall bathroom.
-we have a parking pass available to our renters at a nearby oceanfront parking lot with direct beach access.
-we have beach towels and chairs to lighten your load when packing the car to travel.
-every bedroom and living space is equipped with a ceiling fan.

We were a group of 8 and absolutely loved our stay! The house more than comfortably fit our group with room to spare plus the decor made us quickly feel right at home! The neighborhood was walkable and the access to private beach parking was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed our stay, amazing location just a short distance from the beach, plus the beach parking pass made things even easier with little kids (2 & 4yrs). The house is also super close to convenience stores and a lot of fun beach activities for all ages. We spent most of our time by the ocean and even did a beach bonfire one evening.The home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with all the essentials (pro tip: no need to bring beach towels or chairs), whether we were cooking in, ordering out, or just freshening up after a beach day before heading out to dinner.The host was extremely welcoming and communicative throughout the trip. Their helpful recommendations and tips really helped set the stage for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect little place!

This is the perfect beach house on the sound side! Super close to the beach and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to Target, Coffee, beach stores and restaurants. Very clean and cozy on the inside with a beautiful wrap around porch. I would recommend this house over and over again!!!

Ooh la la! Sea La Vie!

This vacation home turned out to be nicer than advertised. As soon as we walked in we absolutely loved all the spaces. Everything was clean, tidy, and airy. The kitchen was well equipped; the master bathroom was awe-inspiring, and the board games came in handy on the night we stayed in. Karen & Thiery are great hosts! We highly recommend this vacation home to others and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed comfortably in this house. We preferred to cook and eat in the house instead of going to restaurants for every single meal. The house has everything cooking ware that we needed, also including some kids friendly cups and plates. One of the AC units had some issues during the stay but the owner was very responsive and contacted the hvac company to get it fixed. The location is also good. Walking distance to the beach but if you have things to carry I would suggest driving. The owner provided parking pass for the nearby parking lot at the beach. We definitely recommend staying this house!

Perfect space for our family reunion.

We really loved the house with all of its little decorative touches. It really had everything we needed and the owner was quick to respond with any concerns or needs that we had. Please note that the beach is close but definitely not walkable given the 5 lane busy highway that must be crossed to get there. The parking pass accommodates one vehicle and the parking lot always had plenty of spaces so this was a plus. We also enjoyed a couple of the board games and loved relaxing on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for us!

This house is so beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable! It is not your typical “beach bungalow”. It is way better. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need as well. We could not have asked for a better home. Thiery and Karen were very responsive and very nice. We didn’t really need them much as everything was in order but the few times I had a question, they were quick to respond. Two grocery stores are within a mile and the beach access is a super quick drive. We would stay here again for sure!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay!! Thiery gave us some great places to eat. The house was updated and we lacked nothing. The time went way to fast, always happens when enjoying it, and we all wished we could have spent more time there. Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely do it again and recommend it to all.

Perfect experience. The homeowners are fantastic, the house is beautiful, and the location is great. We were in town for a wedding and this house was, by far, the nicest of all of the others that we saw.
