Not very clean and not good communication

Communication with beach reality was horrible. I had to text them at 6pm and ask when the house would be ready when I was told it would be ready at 4pm. When I text at 4pm they said I would receive a text when the property was ready. I never got a response until I texted them at 6pm. When we walked in the house was not very clean. Sand in the beds and sandals left in the living room along with hair scrunchys on the floors in the bedrooms

Would not recommend at all.

Outside lights not working. No TV or internet service. Advertised they did. No lights at all in one bedroom. No dishwasher. Charged $700.00 per night, ridiculous. Paid for by my company. Have stayed at VRBO 30 years, worse place ever. Curtain did not cover the window in master bathroom. Paper clips holding paper curtin at entrance door. VRBO should pay back money, checked in Thursday night, checked out Saturday morning. Worse ever, ever, ever.

Nice location, needs updated

The house was in a nice location, 1/2 mile from public beach accesses and grocery store. Bunk beds were too uncomfortable to sleep on. No volleyball, horseshoes, or air hockey ( bc it didnt work). I know it is dog friendly, but the amount of dog hair all over (couches, beds, tables) was offputting.
