Experience the unobstructed sound view, the relaxing sunsets and soothing breezes in this comfortably furnished, pet friendly home. Grill out and have dinner on your back deck table, overlooking the water and listening to all that nature truly has to offer. Located a few houses down is a community boat ramp, allowing you water access for jet skis and small boats. (Please note there is not a private dock at this home) If boats and jet skis aren't your thing, the owner has provided a kayak and life vests for a relaxing day out on the water!

Just a short drive to the beach, this home is located near excellent seafood and shopping! Enjoy the sidewalk lined, quiet street, perfect for biking and walking. You can use back roads to get to Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts and the locals favorite Henry's Restaurant! Make this vacation house your home away from home!

Great Bayside OBX trip!

We had our annual family vacation to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed this home! Some of the photos made the home seem like it might be a little dated but it was very nice inside and looked much newer. The kitchen was well stocked with items for use, dishwasher and laundry machines worked well! We didn’t use any of the beach items or kayaks since we had our own but would’ve been nice had we not had anything. Being on the water was great and the sunset views are spectacular!! Even nicer, not shown or listed (unless I just missed it) was the garage space - we were able to open the garage doors to pull our vehicles in for when there was rain/storms - loved that!! Would come back to stay again

Beautiful on the sound

Ideal location close to everything. Rooms are well set up and spacious. Bathrooms are a decent size. Ample parking and garage area. Our dogs loved the backyard and enjoyed swimming in the sound. We enjoyed spending the evenings sitting on the deck, watching the water and the ospreys flying around.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Beautiful view of the water from the deck and full view from inside the house. Felt like home. Convenient to everything. Great neighborhood to take walks in. Highly recommend this property.

Nice view

The house is by the water. Every morning beautiful water view while eating breakfast. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Location close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would give is the outside entry door and porch area needs to be power wash. There is smash cob webs and partial remains of insects that was not cleaned up. This is on the outside not inside. The inside was very clean. Other than that a great house.

Spring break

We loved the layout of the home- the open great room and comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful water view. The bonus was the nice wide sidewalk on Bay St. It was great for walks, runs and skateboarding.

Perfect House on the Water

Our family of four loved this quaint little house on the bay. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and beautiful sunsets each night. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!

The house with 3 bedrooms handle the 5 of us, all adults n 2 dogs perfectly We enjoyed open floor concept and r still talking about the outstanding view of the bay n the sunsets Nicely equipped kitchen, great location, quite neighborhood with easy access to beach n attractions. Outdoor shower, access to the kayak n beach chairs just added to trip One of the best rentals we have had in our 35 yr history
