Exactly as advertised. Great outdoor space - ocean not visible from the 1st floor patio (due to sand dunes) but there’s a hot tub and lots of seating. Easy access to the beach. Top floor with kitchen/dining/living room with lots of indoor seating and great views of the ocean. The bedrooms are on the smaller side (it was a bit tight to have suitcases, bags, dog bed, etc. in the room). But we used the bunk room to store things since we didn’t need those beds. The bedrooms do have jack and jill bathrooms. Overall, nothing too fancy but exactly what you need for a good week at the beach.
