Ocenafront condo with many recent any upgrades: new oceanfront windows, doors, open balcony and new carpeting. New dining table and furniture in living room. Enjoy unbeatable ocean views from the private balcony terrace, or oceanfront bedroom. Sea Ranch Resort offers 2 bedrooms with one king room that faces the oceanfront: wake up to sunrises and fall asleep to sound of waves crashing! Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen and TVs in the living area and the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, plus a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Amenities include: indoor pool, fitness, event room for groups, receptions and weddings. Beachside Bistro restaurant & bar is onsite with outdoor beachfront seating and tasty lunches & dinners. Enjoy 24/7 guest service.

The actual condo unit # will be assigned at Check In, not reservation. Requests for specific condo can be made, but such requests are not guaranteed. Ocean views do vary, but all have unobstructed ocean view. Beds made, washer/dryer, WiFi.

End of year stay

Hair in bathroom sink and drawer when we arrived, as well as edges of coffee table dirty from previous hands, inside shower curtain moldy, no dish towels, only one soup spoon and no cutting board. However we enjoyed our stay overall and the above issues were minor.

Okay

It was a nice place. However, some dishes in cupboard was dirty. No knives or dish towels or wash clothes. Not very many cups either. The tv didn’t offer many stations either. Spacious though, with a great view.

Sea Ranch was awesome for our family. The condo was super clean and the view so close to the beach and ocean was amazing. Staff was very professional and helpful and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. We would stay again.

The condo was wonderful you faced the beach and you could hear the ocean. The biggest drawback is if you plan on doing any cooking. - good luck there isn’t a pot big enough to make pasta.

Place was in a great location and super clean

Only suggestion I would have would be updating the kitchen some. Stove almost falls out when using, had to ask for pot holders, only 2 knives in kitchen. Just small things nothing major but would have a made a big difference in cooking.

Overall a good stay with immediate access to a clean beach. Appliances are out dated. Dishwasher and toaster barely work if at all. Minimal dishes and pots needed to cook. You will need to but everything you might need to eat in the room...salt pepper oil to cook with. Washer and dryer are newer.

Great 1st time experience in OBX!

Location on the beach was phenomenal, weather got a little dicey but it was still great being right on the ocean! Needed a couple things changed out in the condo n the staff was right on!! We will be back!!♄

Stunning view from living area and primary bedroom balcony windows/doors!! Very easy access to the clean beach!! Sunrises to die for. Convenient to stores, restaurants, groceries, and attractions. We stayed 3 nights, I will definitely stay again, but longer next time.

Perfect!!

The resort was exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was perfect and unobstructed. The rooms were clean and functional. Our daughter loved swimming in the pool. We appreciated the effortless access to the beach everyday. Can’t wait to book there again!

Great experience and stay in Kill Devil Hills

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. It is within walking distance or short driving distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
