The room was very clean. The gentleman, Thomas R., who checked us in was so very nice. The view was amazing. The breakfast we had the following morning at the Beachside Bistro was the best we’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was superb. Loved the decor! Our daughter,son-in-law and grandson loved the heated pool. We will definitely stay here again!

First of all I want to say that the night desk clerk was friendly, helpful and kind. Very good staffer. I didn't have the opportunity to meet anyone else. The balcony door wouldn't lock. Large stain on the carpet in front of one of the beds.Tub needs updating.Could use better pillows. The pool looked nice, kids were enjoying it. The view was excellent.

Upon arrival, Thomas was on task and knowledgeable. Check in was easy. He told me about the specials in the bistro attached to the hotel. I didn't know they had a restaurant. My breakfast was in the bistro. Thomas B was my waiter and did an outstanding job getting me served quickly. The food was great. I highly recommend the Sea Ranch Resort to anyone visiting the Outer Banks!

The lights stopped working, one of the door locks wasnt attached to the door,the balcony stayed flooded,the dishes and silverware were sticky, the bathtubs controls were touchy, and the staff made no effort to record any of these complaints.

The first room we were placed in was horrible. Dirty microwave, refrigerator, air filters, sheets were stained and headboard was filthy. The lock on the door to our balcony was broken. We were switched to a new room the next day. It was cleaner, but sill not we expected based on the money we were charged. The restaurant food and staff were EXCELLENT!!!!

It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed it! The balcony was perfect! We ate dinner on the property one night and it was very good! Staff was polite and friendly. We will definitely return!
