Enjoy ocean views & salt air at this brand NEW condo at the heart of the OBX! You’ll be steps away from the beach, yet surrounded by fabulous restaurants, entertainment, & other amenities. A newly finished community pool is available for your use, just across the driveway! It even has a handicap chair to make the pool available for everyone!

Our place will be a perfect fit for you and your guests. The master suite is situated on its own floor for privacy and peacefulness, with a king-sized bed and a sumptuous deck. Sit outside in the shade and even take a nap with the ocean breeze to cool and the crashing waves to lull. Or share your shade with family and friends…it’s a great place to hang out!

Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one with a bathroom en suite. And the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Another bathroom serves the queen and twin rooms. All bedrooms have a deck, and all have TV’s.

The bright and cheerful upstairs is the heart of the home. The kitchen is well-stocked with all your cooking needs, including various forms of coffee makers and a wine cooler.

The dining room can seat up to eight, and 4 chairs at the island provide more seating. There’s even a dining table on the deck that seats 8. Here you will really enjoy your morning coffee and a view of the ocean.

Cleanliness is a top priority, and linens, towels, & beach towels are provided.

Nearby attractions: Wright Bros National Memorial, lighthouses, Jockey’s Ridge, The Lost Colony, NC Aquarium, and a host of water activities. There’s something for everyone!

Great place and location

Open floor plan kitchen, dining and family room that leads to a great balcony and there’s balconies on every floor. Great for hanging out with family. Was completely stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend staying there.

Perfect Vacation Home

We couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by this brand new home which was sparkling clean. It made our stay very enjoyable. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. It made dining in a pleasure. The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy the brach without any hassle. Additionally, the home is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and local activities, ensuring that there was always something fun to do nearby. Overall, this vacation home exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a prime location!

Excellent.

We stayed for 5 nights and were delighted with this house. Excellent presentation, lots of space and the rooms were decorated to the highest standard. The kitchen diner was amazing and had many nice add ons. The house is right next to the beach and in the middle of Kill Devil Hills with easy access to the local amenities. We highly recommend this as a high end family or multi-family location. Thanks to the hosts who were super easy to get along with and responded to our questions immediately.
