Newly remodeled in 2026! Sea Green condo, nestled one block from a public beach access, is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, pharmacies and other attractions. The condo is an easy access first floor, one bedroom, one bath with four beds. The bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds great for kids. The living area has a queen size Murphy bed, which can be pulled down from the wall. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to make a few meals while on vacation and the dining table is perfect for family dinners or to play some board games. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or wind down with the sunset on two small private decks, furnished with chairs/ tables. Sundune Village has a large in-ground pool, plenty of lounge chairs, gazebo with tables, outdoor charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables, outdoor showers and lots of grassy space for frisbee or having a catch. To add to the relaxing charm of the Sea Green condo, it has a swivel chair and a comfy couch to watch TV or to "rest your eyes" after a long day at the beach. The open floor plan has full dining table, bar stools, a large 50 inch TV and a Queen Murphy Bed. In the closet, you will find 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and an umbrella. The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels and plenty of counter space. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a set of bunk beds (all linens provided), a large closet, plenty of drawer space, access to the middle deck and a TV for some late night viewing. There is a laundry closet with a stackable unit if you need to launder clothes or towels during your stay. The unit has laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies and hand soap, The decks are perfect for relaxing, hanging out towels/bathing suits to dry and to catch the sunsets and sunrises. Our family has been vacationing and living in the Outer Banks for more than 3 decades, so please do not hesitate to reach out with questions on what to do or where to go as we have many local connections.

Great apartment

This was the perfect spot for a mini getaway for me and my kids. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, drug stores, and of course the beach. Unit was welcoming and cozy. Would stay there again.

Great location!

We loved our stay here. It’s so close to the beach and convenient to anything you might need while vacationing. We were thrilled to be in walking distance to two of our favorite OBX restaurants, Food Dudes Kitchen and Kill Devil Grill. We also discovered Holy Cow Creamery, also within walking distance, and have added it to our list of places to visit when we visit. The only feedback we have is the bedroom could use a fan, otherwise it was a perfect stay!

First time in OBX

My husband and I loved celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary at this condo. We enjoyed using the two balconies to enjoy our morning coffee. The size also works if we bring our three kids back with us. It was a perfect location in KDH for the beach and walking to many restaurants. It was in a very friendly neighborhood.

Great spot, great location

We take any opportunity to stay in this building. The location is great for young families and this condo was no exception. Everything was clean, modern, and spacious for our family of four. Love the two balconies and being close to MP 9/Martin beach access, Bonzer Shack, Holy Cow Creamery and Ten O'Six Bistro. For a mom of young kids, it actually feels like a vacation when you can outsource some of the work in a spot that is easy to other spots. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Got to go hang gliding!

Everything worked great for us. Easy to get to the beach. Centrally located to everywhere we went to. Condo had everything we needed. Only negative was the TV options weren’t that great. It kept buffering.

Very nice condo & great location

This was a very good experience. The host responded very quickly to any questions. The condo is a corner unit which had balconies on 2 sides. Extremely clean and lots of extra bath towels. Location was great and in walking distance to the beach. The unit is approximately at 9 mile marker and very close to all activities Outer Banks has to offer. The onsite pool was clean. It was reasonably priced. If the opportunity comes again would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, 2 blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Had a small issue initially getting the code to open the front door but was able to contact the owner and it was resolved within an hour.
