Charming Irish cottage in a quiet setting just 20 mins walk, 5 mins drive, from Killarney town centre. Beautifully presented, newly renovated with old Irish charm. Spacious inside and outside with all the comforts of home.

A great base for exploring Killarney and touring the Ring of Kerry. Ideal for golfers, cyclists, hikers and explorers. Killarney boasts some of Irelands finest golf courses, is blessed with miles of safe cycle paths and has spectacular walks and scenery.

The cottage is spacious yet cosy. It has all mod cons to make for a pleasant stay as well as high speed broadband, TV with Netflix and kids toys.

A very spacious cottage close to everything in Killarney, including the National Park, Dingle and the Ring of Kerry. Terence was a very helpful host and easy to communicate with.

Thanks to our hosts, Terrance and Cierra. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We never did get hot water in sinks but worked around it.

Quiet well-kitted out holiday cabin just outside Killarney

Just what my wife and I needed, a 3 bedroom place to gather with our adult children. Near Killarney and its amazing National Park. Private parking for two cars in front of this newer semi-detached cottage, one of a series along the street. A five minute drive to the rail station or other central Killarney spots; would not recommend for people without a car. Lots of toys and games for fams with younger kids. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, no washing machine. Sleeps seven. Knotty pine wood panel interior, very cosy.

So comfortable

The cottage was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. Most things were available when we arrived, with Lidl, Tesco and Aldi close by. Tesco has a fabulous laundry no cash, detergent or softener needed. We enjoyed day trips.The path directly across from cottage leads to a field , high enough for spectacular views.

Great Quiet House near Killarney

As four adults (a couple and two singles) we enjoyed this house. It was well equipped, private and quiet. The house has a nice character with older wood trim yet modern appliances. We walked into town a couple times (Lidl is really close) as traffic into town could back up a bit, but we also chose to drive on other times. The area is amazing with so much to do and see. The host was great and was flexible when we needed to add a day on short notice.

Amazing home away from home

Our family stayed in this well equipped, clean and cozy cottage including 6 adults for a wedding in Killarney. It was close to town and even had a pub in walking distance. So enjoyed the ability to have a common area to share both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended!!! The owner was very kind and informative and readily answered my multiple questions. Great property, would definitely stay again.

Just on the outskirts of town it was easy to navigate to town center within 10-15 minutes tops. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away as well. Lovely home, Terence was a fantastic host and instructions were very clear. We stayed 3 nights and our toddler LOVED the toys provided. We also ate every breakfast and a few dinners outside on the lovely back patio. Very private and was safe enough to let our toddler roam the yard. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling with small children! One caveat is the stairs- but we just slid the couch over a bit to block them and it was fine. We had a great trip!

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful, peaceful visit. With 2 teens, a preteen and 2 adults, we had plenty of space (and enough hot water!) to truly relax and enjoy ourselves in this charming location. Terence gave us all the information we needed and was incredibly prompt with all communication. This was a fantastic home base for our Kerry adventures!

Charming and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. Just outside of the city but close enough to be very convenient. The home was in very good condition, beds were comfortable and it made for a great location from which to explore the West. Very quiet as well and nice to have the Nespresso machine. Also a great, covered back patio.

Wonderful stay

The cottage was perfect for our group of 6 friends. Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. Comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a few thoughtful extras like coffee and biscuits. The owners gave us many tips on places to go for food, drink, etc. We hope to visit here again and will see if the cottage is available!

The property was in a community very centrally located - just a few minutes to the Ring of Kerry. The cottage was large and very comfortable with a beautiful back yard. It was very clean and charming.

Comfortable and clean

This cottage is minutes from town so it is very convenient yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a fantastic little pub with great food just a 2 minute walk up the street. We loved staying here and cant wait until we can come back.
