The hotel originally said the reservation wasn't complete because they hadn't received payment. I had paid in advance through Expedia several days before. I had to contact Expedia which contacted the hotel. It took them about 45 mins to fix.

Clean, comfortable room.

Comfortable, clean, had some issues with the toilet and the bathroom vent didn't work. Otherwise, no other complaint. Enjoyed my stay.

The property was beautiful, clean, and quite. The room was very nice, but my only complaint is the bathroom. The lighting was very inadequate and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. But I do plan to stay there again in the future.

I don't care for the food for breakfast I was looking for bacon sausage or eggs instead it was chicken quesadillas and eggs no hash browns, when I first checked in my room smell horrible like dogs I have to use 2 cans of deodorant spray to try to get the smell out but that don't help, the room next to me have couple of dogs barking Non-Stop someone had left them in the room alone so they moved me for 107 to 319 the air conditioner was not working I had to go someone to fix it and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't working I had to call maintenance to come and fix that along with the TV had to get that reset!! When I booked the room I didn't know that it was pet free hotel, they got to do more better about the smell in the rooms ,, the smell messed with my sinuses so bad I really wasn't comfortable didn't have enough money to get another room so I don't have no other choice but to stay there the couple nights to attend a funeral!!
