Excellent staff, beyond polite, very friendly, felt at home in a hotel. Marriott definitely has an eye for hiring the right people. The breakfast was another one of the out of ballpark hits. It was ample and had a great variety. Definitely, staying here next time!

Service was great and friendly. Rooms were as advertised, just some minor cosmetic cracks on the ceiling and bathroom shower tile that we saw. Otherwise our stay was great, would recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. Facility and room is clean, breakfast is always great with many options, and always friendly staff. Room is spacious with a convenient kitchenette, comfortable bed and seating area. We continue to stay at this location each time we are visiting Fort Hood. Location is excellent. Close to base, restaurants, and shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was prepared for dirty, loud and dangerous being in Killeen but the room was clean and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I have to.

This review is based on a 4 night stay. Town place suites Killeen was a surprise in disguise. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Beds and pillows good. Housekeeping was good and very accommodating. Breakfast was good and enjoyed it. Only one complaint, I like to unpack but no dresser 😕. 2 Sliding shelves in small closet instead. Small matter for such a relaxing stay. Oh yeah pool was open and well maintained👍

Was not able to connect to the wifi internet and front desk was not much help. The pool was closed the first day we were there but was open the next. The air conditioner left the carpet soaked and wet. Front desk did offer to move me but the hotel was fully booked.
