This newly renovated condo is beautiful and convenient. Located on the main floor of building three of the Mountain Green Resort, it is very close to the shared resort amenities including sports shop, restaurant, and wellness center, yet it is at the end of the hall for maximum quiet and privacy. There is a brand new luxury walk-in shower, a view from the balcony, and a fun nook.
With everything the resort has to offer, no one would need to venture out. However, Killington has a lot to see as well! Once the snow has begun to fall, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Killington Resort is .5 miles south. In the warmer months, there is a hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding. The Killington Adventure Center is an excellent place for the family to find new things to see and try.
Things to Know
Mountain Green Condominiums have ongoing construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
