This 1800s Country Home features 5 bedrooms (one en-suite, two with in-room sinks, three with skylights), lighted clay tennis court with basketball hoop, open kitchen with dining table for 8, lounge with record player and fireplace, sunroom with work desk and breakfast/afternoon tea table, billiards and table tennis room with fireplace, washer/dryer in laundry room, extensive walking gardens, and private gated entrance with parking for four cars.
Guest access
You will have sole access to the Farm House and tennis court - and share the walking gardens with two single tenants in the apartment next door and small house across the courtyard.
