there was a delay at check-in due to manager availability to work the computer. there was delay at check-out due to printer issues. the in-room refrigerator did not cool. Other than those, everything from the pool, to the breakfast, to the exercise room, to the room itself were great.

The bed was very comfy & had clean sheets. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning the carpet & the bathroom floor. There were food crumbs on the floor when we arrived & when I went to the bathroom & shut the door, there was a pair of someone else's wadded up dirty socks in the corner behind the door. It looked like the corners & edges of the floor had not been swept or mopped as I saw lint, crumbs etc also in the corners of the bathroom & behind the door. There was a thick dirty streak behind the door & by the front edge & corners of the tub. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dirty socks & there were wrappers along the floor & an apple core that sat in front of a door all night.

We did not stay. We got to the hotel about 6:00pm and they were really busy. They did not have a room left that would work for me I’m handicapped. They did show me 2 rooms but the bed was too high and the bathroom was not for handicapped people and the other room was still dirty from a previous guest. So we slep on my cousins couch at their house. Therefore I need my deposit money back from Expedia.

Was informed on arrival that our booking had been cancelled due to a water leak in our room. The receptionist told us they were fully booked & nothing they could do & goodbye. I checked my email & found I'd received a cancellation notice just as we were arriving, which had a helpline to assist us with fining alternative accommodation. Was disappointed
