Very dirty and not hygienic room. Fungus in food

Very dirty room and breakfast was spoiled. Room has weeds small and not hygienic. Front desk staff gave us air sprays and asked me to gave poor review in place of providing any help.

All furniture was outdated but, it was clean. I felt safe I was alone with my two kids. The lady checking us in was so, nice and quick check in. Gas stations close and food options. Loved the country feel. Im a city girl but, enjoy the country feel

I chose the property because it was a part of the Wyndham group. I've never been so disappointed. The property was filthy, in such poor condition that we left and did not syay the second day. We cut short our stay in Kingman and went home early

Look somewhere else, bed bugs, filthy, waste!

Walked into room, toilet wouldnt flush, bed bugs in mattress, dirty room, bed was concaved in. Tried to get help, but lady at desk unable to help. left hotel, couldnt cancel reservation and out money paid to hotel for 3 night stay!

The furniture was old and scarred up. The bathroom was chipped. The toilet seat was chipped. The tub was chipped and stained. The carpets were moldy and smelled. The door didn't close all the way when you left it. You had to pull out it and make sure it shut. It's just a run down. Dope Haven motel

Person doing the check in was not accommodating in request for another room when requested. Claims the computer assign rooms and she cannot change it, even if the room was dirty and under construction. Attitude was "take it or find another hotel". For $75 a night this was not what I paid for.

Nasty, dirty, do not stay here

Dirty, door was open when i got to room. Lock was a chain. Felt like i needed to take antibiotics after just walking into room. Door appeared to have been kicked in at some point. Litterally said NOPE! Turned around and left.

Horrible!

Check in took a while because a new person was being trained, so I had to wait until that was wrapped up to be helped, once I was, it went quick. Room was a little outdated, trash under the bed from previous guest, mold on the roof in the bathroom, plug to the hair dryer was broken, remote for didnt turn on or off, chairs were ripped, stains on bedding. Bed were comfortable at least, and the ac worked great! At 7am both mornings we stayed, construction in the room next to ours and the property itself commenced, so sleeping wasnt a possibility! We weren't warned there'd be construction or apologized to for the noise, so that sucked! Given the bad outweighed the good, we'll never stay at this property again while visiting Kingman, just a horrible overall stay!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this place. I have been to days inn at other locations but this one was a real terrible experience. I booked a standard king room and they gave me a handicapped accessible room, don’t know why - bathrooms were worst, smells terrible, towels were torn, smells carpets were torn on places and smells like yucks!!!!

This property was not well maintained. Doors had chipped paint. Staff was not friendly. I waited 10 minutes while the lady at the desk was on the phone. I ended up leaving without ever checking in even though I had already paid for the room.

Pics on website are fake. Pool was closed and looked like a storage dump. Room was disgustingly dirty and mold growing on bathroom door. 3 of 4 lamps didn’t work, exhaust fan, telephone, and clock radio were not working.Multiple holes in walls patched but not painted. Was not aware rooms were available for low income monthly rentals!! Hair in bath tub and toilet

I normally stay at Day's Inns whenever I travel. They are always great olaces to stay. This one had the normal amenities, refer, microwave, toiletries and that is a given at about all hotels. Room 111 had shoe prints on the bathroom floor, the furniture was a mismatched, hodge podge of different pieces. Nothing looked original and was worn in many areas. There was no coffee maker and the TV would not work. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. There was no counter in the bathroom so jowhere to put accessories. I will not be using this Day's Inn again.
