Idyllic rural retreat with one bedroom and parking
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A short distance from the beaches at East Portlemouth and the ferry over to Salcombe, this relaxing one bedroom apartment has incredible views of the stunning Devon countryside.
Walk through the front door into the hallway with the open plan kitchen/living room on your left and a comfortable double bedroom on your right, both with amazing views across the rolling fields of Devon. The full-sized bathroom has a full length bath with a shower over. There is a hanging space for clothes in the hallway and a drying rack. The outside space has stunning views over the fields at the back of the property or make use of the picnic tables in the communal space near the parking area. Please note, dogs are not allowed.

Please note there is a wifi dongle at this property but both this and the mobile signal can be affected by the weather which is out of our control. Being in a rural location, you will need to be prepared to drive along country lanes which can be narrow.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
