Luxury 2Br + loft, Lodge at Kirkwood – Unbeatable Location

The Lodge at Kirkwood is a ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat in the heart of the

village. After a day on the slopes, return to this luxurious two bedroom

three bath plus loft condo. You will find a queen bed in both bedrooms plus

two additional queen beds in the loft. This popular condo has a full kitchen,

wood fireplace, large walk-in showers, a private balcony with views of the

plaza and partial slope views, and one underground parking spot.

Great location and easy check in

This condo is in a great location. Only downside is the building itself is very dirty and horrible smell at elevator entrance in the parking garage. Inside the condo was nice but the inside temperature got a stifling 86! No air conditioning however they do provide ample fans in most of the rooms. The bad thing about the fans is that they were extremely dirty so you had dust flying through out rooms. One of the showers was so dirty and moldy, the microwave handle was broken which made it difficult to use. Other than all this, it was roomy with all the rooms having their own bathrooms. Views were amazing from the balconies. Clean linens and plenty of paper towels/toilet paper Bathrooms stocked with plenty of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The couch is very comfortable and so were the beds. All in all, it’s a great layout for groups/ couples, ample room, great views, just keep in mind it gets very warm inside, however I’m sure during the winter months this is not a problem. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if you can look past the small things that sometimes come along with rental properties, this is a great place!

Weekend stay

Getting into the property was rough. We followed the directions and could not locate how to get in. Come to find out after 45 minutes they forgot to give us a key to operate the elevator hence why we couldn't figure it out. Property is as advertised but very short with supplies, example only 1 towel per person so you had no room any sips, wet towels etc. I would definitely bring my own towels if visiting again. Resort it's on is nice and lots of places to walk.
