Feneri House-Traditional Residence 20'from ELAFONISI

Feneri House situated only 10 klm (20min) away from Elafonisi, and was recently renovated with an emphasis on maintaining its original character as a traditional cretan country home. Ideal for nature lovers, Perivolia village is characterized by its quite and tranquil atmosphere conformed with the unspoiled natural environment . Relax under the shade provided by the old vine arbour in the courtyard or spend time at the roof patio with the amazing mountain views and the spectacular nightsky.
The house can accommodate up to 3 people and a child ( 1 large double bed and one single bed)
). There is internet connection, A/C , washing machine, TV, solar water heater.
It is consisted of :
•a welcome room where you will get the first impression of the original character of the house with the traditional furniture used back in time along with all necessary information for your stay in the house and the area
• a master bedroom with all linen provided (sheets, towels, blankets), closet, mirror and tv
•a kitchen equipped with an oven and stoves, fridge with freezer, and all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals . Also we keep a stocked cupboard for our guests with olive oil (family product), salt,pepper,sugar, local spices and herbs, etc.
•Fireplace area with one built in sofa and a regular sofa bed, placed opposite to each other creating a cozy corner to hang out with your family, friends or spouse for a drink or for a game of chess!!
•Bathroom with shower
•Courtyard which is shaded by the old vine arbour that provides a pleasant freshness
•Roof patio with pergola , barbeque, a wash basin, a sofa and a table with chairs (the roof patio is surrounded by low wall and is safe for younger children
