The house includes a kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the common area. You will also have access to the main property's pool. The pool is private. Skilos Bay (Paralia Skilos) is a residential area. It has no super markets or restaurants. All popular/busy areas are about 15-30' away by car. The property is a 25' drive from the port "Merichas".
