Close to outlets

This hotel is a perfect location for those who want to shop at the outlets or go visit Portsmouth. Just be prepared that it is by the highway. Ask for a room on the other side of the highway. We didn't and it was very loud. The continental breakfast is wonderful. Service is excellent. They have warm salt water pool that looked fantastic but we did not have time to use. Also important to know is that they do not have Smart TVs in the room. They use the old fashioned cable system and there are no movie channels. I thought that was a bit odd. We had to watch movies on our laptop. FYI! Other than that in the highway, it was a great place to stay in the hub of Kittery and Portsmouth

This property is our go-to to split the difference when traveling long distance. Always clean, friendly staff and close to a good meal. Ask for a room at the front of the property to avoid heavy road traffic noise from 95 if you’re a light sleeper. Lots of commuters make for 5 - 6 AM door slams.

The checkin was fast and my requests of adjoining rooms and close to the elevator were read. He did get us close to the elevator but adjoining rooms were not available but he did try. The electric blind did not work and when we got it down it was cracked and worn. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable

First of all the room key wouldn’t work so I had to keep bothering the gentleman at the desk when I checked in. My shade would not come down in my room. And the bed had an issue with it like where it’s vent or in torn. And the sheets smelled like urine

The rooms were clean. The beds are very comfortable and for the most part if you don’t have a dog next-door to you, it’s pretty quiet. There was a dog next to us and he kept barking every time his owner left or came back, but we got used to it. The worst thing was the breakfast. There was never enough food. The variety was horrible and theywere ill prepared. If they ran out of something, they didn’t bother to have a replacement.We would have loved to use the pool, but the water was not warm. It was cool and the outside air around the pool was very cold. there were people in the pool area watching their children and they had jackets on. I did not feel I wanted my grandchildren in a pool that was that cool and I would have to be cold watching them other than that I do like Hampton Inn and suites. They’ve always been a good place to stay

The address on Expedia led us to the wrong hotel. This hotel is next to the trading post. Almost like the address is wrong. Hotel is new so its clean and fresh.

The hotel is very clean. Check in was fine and the clerk was very personable. They even had a complementary Christmas present wrapping station set up with bows, paper, tape, scissors, and tags!
