Very clean. Early check in. Very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds. The elevator was oddly all the way at the end of the 2nd floor hallway, and we were at the opposite end. Long walk for senior citizens.

TV issues - had to move rooms so TV would work Housekeeping service didn't clean room on third day Shower water was not hot, barely warm on two days We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express facilities many times but were a little disappointed with some things in this one.
