Oceanfront home featuring 500 square foot Oceanfront deck!

Unique layout-Upper level features 3 bedrooms 2 and ½ baths. Ground level area features 1 bedroom with only 3 steps to enter. Ground level also features ½ bath and 2 enclosed outdoor showers. Please note there is a separate outside entrance from Ground level to Upper level.

Upper level features a Gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens and plenty of work space. Living area offers a separate wet bar area with sink along with a large picture window overlooking the ocean and beach. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating.

There is a ½ bath down the hallway along with a full size Washer and Dryer. Just off the hallway is Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed and access to a Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 will have a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Trundle underneath. Bedroom #3 is the Master Bedroom and is located on the Oceanside of the home. It offers a King bed and has a Master Bath with a full sized Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.

Bedroom #4 is located on the Ground Level and has a Queen bed, vanity/sink, microwave, and coffee pot.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans 2 fans in living/dining area. Enjoy plenty of beach 200 feet of private access. NO SMOKING, Sleeps 10. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. Guest must bring their own bed linen, towels, paper and soap products. Beds all have mattress pads, pillows and bed covering. Pet fee is per dog if you have two dogs there is an additional pet fee of $250

Beautiful oceanfront location! Very spacious home with an amazingly well equipped kitchen, everything you could need just like at home. Terry was very responsive prior to our trip, during our trip and at checkout. We will definitely return!

Amazing location and charming home

This house was absolutely perfect! The location had easy access to restaurants and stores. It was like having a private beach because of the distance to other properties! The deck was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. The home was exactly as advertised - the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. We enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely book again.The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this property for couples or families!

Great stay in Kitty Hawk

We had a great time staying here. Kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of space. Very quick walk over a dune to get to the beach and great views from the upper deck. The younger kids had a great time playing on the lower level under the deck too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Perfect Beach Location

This was the perfect place for our beach vacation. The large front room overlooks the ocean, pictures don't do it justice. The extra large deck was where we spent our evenings sipping wine and watching the waves. The home was clean and well stocked, the property manager was accessible and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

The house was exactly as listed and had everything you could want or need in a vacation rental. The location was perfect. We watched dolphins from the deck almost every day. Our dog loved hanging out on the large deck and the gate kept him safe. We ate dinner on the deck several nights as the sun was setting- lovely. Terry’s house is perfect for an OBX vacation!

Ocean front is the way to go!

The home was very clean and it was so nice being Ocean front and not having to drag all the necessities for a day at the beach across roadways. We enjoyed Beautiful views from inside the home as well as the top deck!

You can't beat staying right on the beach. Large deck highlight of the property. Also nice to find a house with a king size bed. Private beach access, an abundance of chairs (beach and deck), and plenty of seating for outside or indoor dining. Awesome spot.

Our second stay

This was our second stay at this property and it was a great place for our family vacation including kids, grandparents, and a dog. We had a minor maintenance issue which the owner handled immediately. Very pleased with the experience!

Best Beach House Ever!

This house is as close as you will get to the surf without being in a boat! Great accommodations located in the heart of Kitty Hawk - close to some really great locally owned restaurants! Other great points: terrific deck, comfortable furniture and beds, and plenty of kitchen space! Property owners are awesome and the house was spotless! We love, love, love this place and will definitely rebook for next summer!
