The Pirates' Retreat (2-Bedroom Cottage) - Pets Allowed by RedAwning

Come enjoy your stay in our Historic "Beach Box" across the street from the

beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is just steps away from a very exclusive

and beautiful beach. We have central heat/air, High Speed Wifi, Smart 65" TV

and plenty of off street parking.



Our beautiful little cottage is fully furnished and stocked. It features two

queen pillow top beds and two twins. We have a full size kitchen with all

that's needed to cook a full dinner.



We hope you will love the original wood plank walls and ceilings. This is the

way they built these original cottages years ago. Even the cabinets are built

from the same wood and by the same carpenters. A very Historic Outer Banks

Beach Cottage. This beach cottage can be described as Rustic. We are making

improvements to our new addition and you may notice a few minor imperfections.

We hope you will love the fabulous location as we are focused on providing a

clean and comfortable respite for you and your family.



We also have the identical cottage next door. For larger groups, if

available, the units can be leased together to accommodate family groups like

reunions.



We do charge a pet fee of $99 per pet per stay.



Please be aware that we do not allow parties , reservation will be cancelled

with no refund Penalty applies. No Exceptions!



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
