Adventure or culture vacation - spacious apartment in the heart of Klagenfurt

In addition to a large living/dining area, our apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen (including Bialetti coffee machine and coffee), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms and a large west-facing balcony. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels.

For our little guests, a travel babybed is available upon request, as well as various toys. There are 3 playgrounds in the residential complex; There is a large forest playground 10 minutes away.

A large private cellar compartment is available for our sporty guests, for example to store bicycles or various sports equipment.

Enjoy your summer vacation in Klagenfurt - many lakes can be reached in a short time, countless leisure activities (forest parks, Minimundus, etc.).

For our variety-loving winter vacationers, some ski areas (Falkert, Simonhöhe, Gerlitze, Dreiländereck, Goldeck, etc.) and cross-country ski trails can be reached within an hour. The Villach thermal baths can be reached in 30 minutes, Bad Kleinkirchheim in 1 hour.

We are also happy to welcome Klagenfurt's concert and cultural event visitors.

End the evening with a nice view and a splash on the balcony or take a trip to the 45min. removed Bella Italia to Tarvisio.

Klagenfurt offers many nice restaurants and bars. Experience Italian flair in the southernmost state capital of Austria. You can reach the city center in 10min. walk on foot; Bus connection every 20 minutes in front of the residential complex.

The apartment is located in a residential building and is not rented out as a party apartment. Animals are not allowed. Parking is available free of charge.
