The accommodation
The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail, combining modern comfort with a close connection to nature. Warm materials, high-quality amenities, and a calm atmosphere create a space where slowing down happens naturally.

From your private terrace, you’ll enjoy views of lush greenery. The spacious garden with its natural pond, sun loungers, and fire pit invites you to unwind at the end of the day – perhaps with a glass of wine under the open sky.
A small recreation room with table tennis, darts, and table football adds a touch of playful variety.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking directly at the house are, of course, included.
And sometimes there’s a little extra waiting for you: fresh organic eggs from our chickens – an honest taste of country life that makes your stay even more special.
A supermarket can be reached in just three minutes by car. As there is no regular bus connection, we recommend arriving with your own vehicle.

Guest access
You will enjoy the entire apartment, including the private sauna, exclusively for yourself. Your terrace and the garden with the natural swimming pond are also fully at your disposal throughout your stay.
Sun loungers, a fire pit, and plenty of greenery create an atmosphere you would normally only find in holiday brochures – just completely private.
Please note that the use of the sauna, fire pit, and natural pond is at your own responsibility.
Check-in is flexible, and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

Other important information
This is an adults-only accommodation and, due to the natural pond, not suitable for children.
We are a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
As we live on the property ourselves, you may occasionally meet our dog, our cats, or our chickens – a small piece of authentic country life simply belongs here.
