Sage Creek Chalet At The Running Y| Resort Amenities

Just beyond the wraparound deck, the creek flows through the trees, and the sound of the water becomes part of the stay. It’s the kind of setting that makes sitting outside just as appealing as heading out for the day. Inside, tall windows, A-Frame warm wood ceilings and a stone fireplace keep the cabin character, while a recent refresh makes everything feel light and homey. There’s even a full garage for bikes, golf clubs and all the gear that tends to come along on a Southern Oregon trip.

Sage Creek Chalet has the warmth of a classic Running Y chalet, but with a lighter, more relaxed feel.

The kitchen, dining and living spaces are open, giving everyone room to gather. Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living area and adds another cozy place to spread out.

Outside is where Sage Creek Chalet really stands apart. A large wraparound deck extends beneath the trees with the creek flowing just beyond it. You can hear the water from the deck and watch it move through the landscape below. There’s plenty of room to relax outside, settle into the outdoor seating or simply enjoy how peaceful it feels here.

It’s a home that feels connected to its surroundings, bright and comfortable inside, with one of the prettiest outdoor settings among most Running Y chalets.

Guests will have private access to the entire chalet, including the garage and wraparound deck.

First Floor: Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed along with the main living areas, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a jetted tub and laundry area.

Upstairs: A king bedroom, bathroom and open loft overlooking the main living area.

The private garage includes hooks for hanging bikes and plenty of room to store golf clubs and other outdoor gear.

-We offer chore free checkout. No stripping beds, starting laundry or tackling a list before you leave. Just pack up, lock up and enjoy the rest of your day.

-Children and toddlers count toward the maximum occupancy and must be included in your reservation guest total.

- We do not offer cribs, pack and plays and high chairs for safety and liability purposes.

-During the summer and fall, you may notice midges around the property, especially in the evenings. They’re a natural part of life near Klamath Lake and are harmless, but can be more noticeable at certain times of year.

-Please note that EV charging is not available or permitted at the chalet. EV charging stations are available nearby in The Running Y Lodge area.

-Sage Creek Chalet is located 15 minutes outside of Klamath Falls.

Your stay also includes 6 guest passes to Running Y Resort amenities, including the indoor pool, shared hot tub and fitness center.

Please note that golf and other activities are not included with the guest passes and may require separate reservations and fees.

-The hot tub, pool and fitness center is located on site at The Running Y and is a 15 minute walk, or 3 minute drive. These amenities can be accessed with keycards provided by us. These are all shared facilities with other Running Y guests. Please note, the pool, hot tub and fitness center are not attached to the Chalet.
