Cons: • Faulty shower head that could not be secured to the holder; it detached while in use and nearly caused injury. • Bathtub leakage resulted in a wet toilet floor. • Breakfast selection was limited.

Property is situated in a good location with many eateries nearby. Room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, I was asked to pay the RM10 tourism tax despite the email from Expedia stating that this payment is not necessary as Expedia will pay the tax directly to the Malaysian Tax authorities.

ease of hotel checking in with friendly staff. Big & clean room without foul smell, with good air conditioning. Thanks There was a 10++ parking lots within the hotel premise, but a lot more public lots just next to it, so no concern.
