New fire pit, lake access. Garage / recreation area holds Kayaks, paddle boards, cornhole, tubes, life jackets , ping pong table, bikes. Private pier access to lake for beautiful sunrises , swimming, etc. Golf cart available for licensed driver . This beautiful house is only approximately 300 feet from beautiful Bass Lake, where you have your own private pier access, and can watch a beautiful sunrise every morning. In addition to being in the Bass Lake area, we are only 12 miles from Culver, approximately 12 miles from Winamac , and only 5 miles from Knox. Or enjoy a shopping day at the famous Bailey’s discount Center only 6 miles away.
