The front check in staff seemed to be condescending. The first room had cockroaches and again the front staff seemed to be put out we wanted a new room. The second room was run down. In the morning we wanted to shower however had no hot water. There wasn’t any staff to report the issue too. We just left much earlier than expected. Will never return to this location.

Staff is great. Hotel is not the cleanest or up to date. Water takes forever to heat up, if it ever heats up. Also, if you live within 100 miles, you have to have a $200 cash deposit. No working atm.

I am unable to complete this survey because I was not allowed to stay at the property. After finding and noting online that the hotel was ' dog /pet friendly' and then booking through Expedia, upon arrival at 6.45 pm I was informed that my dog, being mid sized and weighing 40 pounds, was 15 pounds over the 25 pound limit for pets. I had planned this stop carefully enroute from Toronto to Florida to allow me to check in with sufficient time to lead an important on line meeting (video required) which was scheduled for shortly after my check in. This was a prepaid booking and suffice it to say i was pretty annoyed that i had to start looking for another place to stay after driving 750 miles. I think that the info sheet promoting hotel amenities should note on the web site the fact that is it only pet friendly to small dogs should be posted in BIG AND BOLD letters. Learning it during check in (which of course was denied) is not the time !!

My wife and I are frequent, loyal guests, staying at your location every two weeks. The property is incredible—the rooms are decent and the service, in general, is excellent. ​However, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff, who are consistently very rude and disrespectful. ​Specifically, we received very poor treatment recently regarding your 100-mile cash deposit policy. We were not allowed to speak or explain our situation, and the interaction was highly disrespectful.

A couple in front of me was denied allowing their pets to stay after they called to verify. There were roaches in the front lobby and in my room. The breakfast was a joke. The shower curtain in my room had drywall mud, paint and/or blood on it. The sheets had holes and the pillows were small and uncomfortable.
