Everything was great except the street . It is on a hill and everyone thinks they have to mail the has to get up it and a lot of the cars on the are have loud exhaust .. All in All it was a ice little rental

Great unit for weekend ball game
Stayed here with a few friends for the Vols football game. Unit is clean and comfortable and a short drive to Neyland Stadium. Great value for the price.

Cute place
The place was perfect for what we needed it for. Moved our son into UTK and needed a place to stay not too far from campus. Only negative was a very busy, noisy street. We brought a sound machine and that helped at night to muffle the road. Other than that, the place was perfect. Clean, relaxing and close to campus. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Under the bathroom sink you can find tooth paste which was a pleasant surprise since we left our. Kept us from having to make a extra run. The host was very responsive and did a great time answering all our questions we had during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!
