Small 2bed east Knox apartment pet friendly

Summary:
No frills, just basics. The apartment has a full kitchen, two beds, a television, and WIFI. Upstairs entrance. Downstairs is a studio basement apartment. The apartment is located 14 minutes from the UT Campus and downtown Knoxville. It's 26.4 miles to Tanger Outlet in Pigeon Forge for shopping and other area interests/entertainment offered in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Apt is an older neighborhood in East Knoxville neighborhood, so don't expect fancy.

The Space:
Small 2BR/1BA apartment. Living area, bedrooms, bath, and kitchen. It has a nice covered porch on the front. The apartment is not fancy, but it's comfortable and clean. We are happy to accommodate well behaved, house trained pets. Please notify us ahead of time if traveling with furry friends.

There is no smoking in the property and we do impose a 200.00 fine for anyone who is found to be smoking inside.

Locals from Knoxville will not be accommodated this time.

Guest Access:
Entire apartment and large yard are yours to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
This is an older neighborhood in East Knoxville, quiet street. There is a Kroger grocery store within walking distance of the house and public transportation. Culturally diverse neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Bus lines, uber provide transportation. There is ample offstreet parking as well.

Other Things to Note:
We do have guests staying in the downstairs unit from time to time as well so we ask upstairs guests be mindful of the noise level after 10pm.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
