You will have compete access to the whole house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house. There’s tons of room to spread out and sleep even more people in the basement. Watch football or Netflix on the huge smart TV. Enjoy a game of foosball and ping pong or chill around the backyard fire pit with your family and friends.

Conveniently located to Downtown and UT: only a few miles to Neyland Stadium for games and events, Market Square and Downtown for restaurants, theatres, museums, World’s Fair Park, Sunsphere Tower, and the convention center. Explore historical locations, check out Zoo Knoxville, take a walking tour, beer tasting tour, or ride the trolley. Hikers and mountain bikers will love the nearby trails at the Ijams Nature Center.
