Great location

Great location at the quiet end of Klong Nin. Comfortable room with sea view. Good breakfast available. Pleasant staff. I had to ask for housekeeping, which was good once they came. Wifi is very unreliable.

Dirty, poor service, but good location

When I arrived, I was hardly greeted at all, and was told that the standard room that I had booked wasn’t available so they would upgrade me to the “superior room”. They also said that I would have to move rooms in the morning, as that wasn’t what I booked. I told them that I would not be packing all my stuff up again in the morning to move because of their mistake. In the end, they let me stay in the room. When I got to the “superior” room it was far from superior. The walls were filthy, the sheets were stained, which I had them come change immediately. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the shower got the entire floor of the bathroom, the sink and the toilet wet when you used it. The front desk staff were also useless with booking information for tours/etc. About the only thing this place has going for them is their nice gardens and grounds, and the location. It is right on the beach, which most of the day is good, but in the afternoon there are too many rocks to swim. It is also very close to restaurants and 7-11.

Lovely location, but the room i stayed in was terrible. Bathroom smelled very badly, ac didnt work properly, bed was uncomfortable and there were ants in the room

Quiet, superb resort

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's located just beyond the restaurant/bar strip to be close enough for the action, yet a bit away for quietness. The hostess (Saah) was very friendly and insisted that we were "home". Our room was big and clean with a kitchenette. It also had an outstanding view of the sea and the Koh Haa islands from the balcony and bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!

Place convenient for beach with sea view

Rooms tired-need some tlc. Not the cleanest of places-if you hang the sign on your door for cleaning,you'll get clean towels,two bottles of water,a quick sweep round and a spray of air freshener-cups not washed while we were there. Bed ok. Ideal for the beach with a balcony facing sea-great for sunset. Our rate had breakfast included which was ok-no choice.brought to room and was eggs,toast,fresh fruit,Nescafé. Adequate and arrived promptly after request. Staff helped with onward travel confirmation.

Gullig personal, egen frukost på veranda

Bästa servicen på Koh Lanta. Otroligt fin personal. Rummen är okej, inte mer. Hårda sängar som överallt i Thailand. Frukosten får du serverad på din egen veranda, vilket var helt magiskt. Äggröran var bland det bästa vi åt i Lanta. Nära till stranden.

Großer Strand aber keine Liegestühle und keine Sonnenschirme (Sonnenschirme waren alle defekt) Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut. Schöne Terrasse vor dem Zimmer mit toller aussicht aufs Meer.

Närheten till stranden gör allt. Från vårt rum var det ca 30 sek gångavstånd. Rummet vi hade (superior room) var helt ok. Låset till ytterdörren var gammalt och fick det att kännas som att man enkelt kunde rycka upp den. Badrummet hade toa och dusch beläget i samma utrymme utan draperi. Vi led inte jättemycket av det. Dock ingen sluttning på golvet vilket gjorde att vattnet fick avdunsta bort. Städningen som ingick var städning efter att man checkat ut. Gullig personal som var hjälpsam och snälla.

Felaktig hotellbeskrivning.

Först och främst: Det finns ingen privat strand, solstolar eller parasoll. Det är något som hotellet har hittat på för att locka gäster. Det tyckte jag var riktigt lågt och därför har det deahot mer helhetsintrycket ordentligt. I övrigt så är det ganska mediokra rum och frukosten är ingen hit. Slutsats: Ett okej hotell om de slutar ljuga i sin presentation.

Litet hotell i lugnt område nära strand o butiker

Hotellet består av några rum i radhusstil med egen altan, en reception och ett litet kök där de gör en enkel frukost som de bär ut till rummet/altanen när man beställt. Det är kort promenad till stranden och sen får man gå en bit söderut till ställen där det finns solstolar eller mattor att ligga på. Läget är annars rätt bra. Det ligger en minuts promenad ifrån de trafikerade vägarna och affärsgatan så det är lugnt och tyst men ändå nära till allt. Det är i och för sig ett väldigt litet centrum men med en hyfsat stor 7eleven. Vi stannade 4 nätter och trivdes bra även om vi föredrar att bo vid stranden.

Bästa läget på stranden

Väldigt smutsigt och det var myror precis överallt. Av 4 dagar så städade de rummet endast en gång. Det bästa med boendet var utsikten över havet, läget och att personalen kom med frukost varje morgon, så man kunde sitta ute på altanen och äta. Detta var en standard rum, jag rekommenderar varmt att ni väljer Superior eller delux!

Godt

Fint værelse med en god seng og aircondition. Stille område med kun få meter til stranden. Perfekt for os, da vi ønskede ro. Mange hyggelige strandbarer langs stranden hvor man kan nyde den flotteste solnedgang. Ikke så mange indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden andet end en seven eleven og lille lokal købmand. Vi havde et godt ophold og kan varmt anbefale det!

Fantastiska solnedgångar

Bra rum med närhet till havet och restauranger. Fantastiska solnedgångar direkt från altanen där även frukost serveras på. Kom bara ihåg att hänga ut skylten på dörren för att få städat.

Etablissement à déconseiller. pas d'équipement dans la salle de bain. On piétine dans l'eau pour en sortir ou y rentrer, que dire de la manipulation de l'éclairage dans ces conditions. Safety box inutilisable La vue et l'environnement depuis la chambre ne correspondent pas à ce qui est présenté sur le pressbook. Bouteilles cassées, même un couteau en bordure d'établissement. pas d'annonce des tarifs pratiqués et pas de facture pour les frais supplémentaires. Location d'un scooter : la demande de gonflage n'est pas prise en compte: le remplacement de la chambre à air remboursé par moitié.

Strandhotel mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Kleines, nettes Hotel in direkter Strandnähe am einem der besten Strände in koh Lanta. Saubere Zimmer und super Preis-Leistung! Leider keine Frühstück im Hotel, Supermarkt und Restaurants befinden sich jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe

Hyggeligt hotel

Dejligt ophold i 3 dage. Ikke det mest fancy værelse, men god solrig altan og fin seng. Og så ligger det lige ned til Klong Nin som er en fed strand fyldt med restauranter og hyggelig barer. Damen i receptionen er vildt sød, spørger hele tiden, hvad hun kan gøre og hjælper med alt, man skal bare spørge. Lidt underlig bruser, men det er standard thai :)
