THE ESTATE
Our 8000m2 estate is located in the middle of lush and virgin jungle reaching until the sea with three small private beaches. Adjacent to our private beaches you will have access to 6 other picturesque beaches located within maximum 10 minutes walking distance.

You will be able to enjoy breathtaking views with the sunset right behind the islands of the Angthong Marine National Park from our private bar and restaurant in a secluded beach atmosphere.

The estate hosts, as of now, 3 free-standing guest villas. Each villa has its own entrance and closed garden with uninterrupted sea and garden views to assure a maximum of privacy and intimacy.

THE VILLA "HEDONIST"
This exceptional villa on two floors and 180m2 offers full privacy, sea view, a private cinema area and an observation net of 16 meters long. Beach Access.

The villa is a two-story, ecologically sustainable house featuring modern Thai style with exhilarating sea and garden views. It will be your true home during your stay.

It features a 2,80m round god-sized bed with handmade linen, a bathroom with rain shower head opened towards the mind-blowing jungle, a 16m hammock to chill-out, a flying bed above the jungle, several seating areas, a minibar and your private outdoor cinema with projector on the lower floor to enjoy a good movie with Netflix. You have your private entrance with a small front garden and absolute privacy.

SECURITY & STAFF
The whole estate, hidden to the public, is secured with a cctv-camera system and there is always somebody on site with you. Your Villa manager lives on the property and will be there to assist you. We offer a concierge service for all your needs before, during and after your stay for any question you may have. This service extends to tailor excursions and spa programs to your personal needs. There is a cook, cleaning staff and gardeners on site.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our property is a well-preserved special paradise only accessible by boat or a small 7 minutes walk downhill from the main road. We of course take care of your luggage.

Our own carefully selected range of massage, energy, yoga or detox treatments. We tested and selected all our practitioners ourselves and therefore trust them at 100%. Please let us know if you are interested in any treatments, we are happy to share our menu with you to assure upfront that you will get exactly the treatments you are looking for. We put together for you our very own exclusive private eco excursions around our island where you get to share the piece of a local's life. You can for example hike with a real jungle man and learn about the medicine plants just to name one. These out of the beaten tracks experiences exist nowhere else but with us :) We can create a complete holiday excursion itinerary for you on request and you can be sure to spend memorable moments with experienced guides in nature or discovering new enrichments. There is plenty to see on our beautiful island, so make sure you stay long enough to discover this green jewel!

GOOD VIBES
If you are looking for picturesque beaches, impressive nature, from time to time a "good-vibes" Phangan party in a reachable zone and a team that cares for your individual needs and wellbeing, then our offer is our very special contribution to your holiday-experience.

We are also lucky being able to offer you one of the best-known parties in the local "good-vibes" Phangan style, happening once every week or two weeks, in walking distance. A must see for night owls that enjoy outdoor nightlife.

Even though secluded we are happy to inform you that we have 3 more restaurants on the beach, within 10-12 min walking distance, which you can go to. The town of Haad-Rin is reachable by foot and located 20 minutes away from our estate.

We believe that this magical place comes pretty close to the definition of paradise and do not compromise our vision to create the perfect symbioses between comfort, individualized high class service in perfect unison with nature. A true luxury, Robinson Crusoe hosting experience with the perfect amount of intimacy, freedom and respect. We want all of our guests to feel welcome from all cultural and religious backgrounds, everyone among the LGBTQIA community and everyone from far and wide around the world.

Check-in between 2 and 5 pm and checkout before 11AM. Transfers are available by private car from the pier (cost 1.000,- THbs one way for 2 people: about the same price as the collective open pickup car taxis).

Arrival or departure before 8 am and after 5 pm have a 1.500 Baht extra charge. Ask us for the ferry schedules so it matches your flights before you book or make use of our VIP-transfer for 11.500 Baht per transfer including pick-up from Samui airport or any hotel on Koh Samui, private air-conditioned car and private speedboat that arrives directly on our beach or a harbour nearby, depending on tides and weather.

Exclusive use:
- Three private beaches (+ 6 secluded beaches within 10min walking distance),
- A beach house with bar and private dining area,
- Small organic permaculture farm,
- Small clean fresh jungle waterfall.

Our team-members will be there to care about your needs and well-being and we will adjust our services exactly to your needs.

Included:
- Pick up and return pier transfers: Trip by car & 7 min walk (luggage are taken care of),
- One all day breakfast for two (until 2pm),
- One stand up paddle (for two people),
- Snorkeling gears,
- Drinking filtered water from our own spring.

A few useful remarks:

Please note that this Villa is very open and that we have beautiful friends in the jungle. You can call us at any time if there is a friend that we have to talk with and you are never left alone plus the bedroom is absolutely hermetic and air conditioned. If nature is not your thing though you might want to rather go for our first villa. We are a real bed and breakfast. There are about 50 steps from the beach to your villa.

Our piece of paradise is therefore not recommended for people with LIMITED MOBILITY. The weather may, under rare circumstances, not allow any access by boat. However, there is a private access by foot to the road above our land (7min walk). Of course we take care of your luggage!

Stunning “real nature” surrounds us and it is possible that our little friends may cross your way: monkeys, lizards, mosquitoes, … If you are disturbed, let us know and we will immediately do our best to guarantee you a stress-free stay.

Smoking is not permitted in the villas but there is plenty of outside space where you can enjoy a cigarette without being in discomfort. We kindly want to inform you that total nudity on the beach is in general not tolerated in Thailand as it is against the traditions of this respectful country. Thailand has a zero tolerance policy towards drugs and policemen in civil clothes may attend parties or visit our premises and villa to control this. Our guests should observe their strict respect to the much beloved King of Thailand and his family. Also be informed that Koh Phangan is a party island. Once in a while we have a party that is not too far from our land, which is great chance for you to enjoy if you like. The villa though is very well sound isolated and you will be able to sleep without hearing it if your stay should fall on a party date.

We are a small and growing resort and therefore we have a team of 9 people working. Be assured that the noise or disturbance is minimized as the team follows our direct orders and we will make sure that you are never bothered by the ongoing improvements on the premises.
