Not sure if my score should be a three or four. For positives, the location is good, near the main train station and the two rooms we saw were larger than Japanese “business hotels” we've stayed in.
On the negative side,we saw two rooms because the queen room we were assigned had odd multiple platforms that struck us as dangerous, particularly because we were very tired after a long flight. We can easily understand how at least one reviewer could have been injured. We don’t know how many rooms have the platforms
At our request, staff immediately assigned us a different room with no platforms. Unfortunately, both rooms had a musty smell.
