GROßE: Ca. 78 m² große und bietet alles, was Sie für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub benötigen. Außenbereich der Wohnung ist in einer ruhige Bereich auch best geeignet für Familien. Die gesamte Unterkunft wurde aufwendig saniert, renoviert und modernisiert, so dass es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlt.
KÜCHE: Voll ausgestattete Küche lädt dazu ein, für sich und die Familie ein perfektes Abendessen zuzubereiten. Außerdem steht Ihnen eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung, die auf Filterkaffee umgestellt werden kann. Kaffeepads, Kaffeepulver/-filter, verschiedene Teesorte, Essig/Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker haben wir bereits für Sie eingekauft. Es liegen Küchenhandtücher, Spülschwamm/-lappen, Spülmittel, sowie eine Küchenrolle/Küchenpapier für Sie bereit. Zur Begrüßung erhalten Sie eine Flasche Wasser.
BAD: Im Bad haben wir eine geräumige Dusche. Frische Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo stehen Ihnen auch zur Verfügung.
SCHLAFZIMMER: Unsere 2 x Schlafzimmer (Queen Size Bett und Einzeln Bett) schaffen wir genügend Platz für einen angenehmen Schlaf. BALKON: Von der Balkon haben Sie einen freien Blick auf die ruhige Straße und können so die Natur genießen.

Das Stadtzentrum (Koblenz Altstadt) befindet sich 3,5 km weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße. Supermärkte (5 Min), eine Arzt / Apotheke (1 min), das Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus ( 8Min) und die Uni Koblenz ( 15 Min) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kostenlos Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus
