This apartment (approx. 90 sqm) is located on the second floor of a house with a total of three holiday apartments. It offers a living room, three bedrooms, a full bathroom (bathtub) with toilet, and a large, very well-equipped eat-in kitchen. Bed linen and towels are not included in the offer, but you may bring your own or rent them on site for a fee.
Two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds, while another bedroom provides four single beds. In the living room you will find two sofa beds, so this room can also be used as an additional bedroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove with extractor hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and sufficient dishes. The large dining table comfortably seats eight people; with full occupancy, an extra table with two chairs can be provided.
A washing machine is available for communal use in the basement of the house.
The large garden with sunbathing lawn, terrace with dining area, and permanent barbecue area is available to all guests of the house.
Parking spaces on the property are available on request and for a fee.
