all good, clean room, great service, the only thing was going up a balcony for breakfast for a couple of days, but the last few days was right at the resort with a magnificent view, breakfast was good, good food too, can't say anything wrong, rooms have a very good Thai character not like a typical hotel room, love it, and recommended

Realmente no fuĂ© bien nada. El hotel se encontraba destendido, la recepciĂłn se encontraba en el chareena beach que era se desayunaba, a unos 100 metros por la playa y despuĂ©s de bajar unas interminables escaleras. No habĂ­a jardĂ­n entre los bungalows era un patatal con gallinas que se pasaban cantando toda la noche. Durante mi estancia de 6 dĂ­as, contratĂ© 7 pero la Ășltima noche me fuĂ­ a otro hotel, no hicieron la limpieza nada mĂĄs que un dĂ­a y porque bajĂ© expresamente a pedirlo. Esta falta de limpieza provocĂł que hubiera todo tipo de bichos desde cucarachas a ciempiĂ©s. Vamos un completo desastre no lo escojas.

Lugnt omrÄde, endast en tupp som lÀt lite grann men inte sÄ att det störde. Personalen var supertrevlig och serviceminded. Frukosten var varierad och man fick bestÀlla vilken typ av Àgg man ville ha. VÄr AC pÄ rummet gick sönder vid tvÄ tillfÀllen och dom var snabbt dÀr och lagade den. Bungalowen behöver dock rustas upp. Den Àr i ok skick, men pÄ tok för liten för en familj pÄ fyra personer med packning. Ingenstans att hÀnga upp klÀder pÄ heller sÄ det var till att bo i sin uppslagna resvÀska vilket skapar Ànnu mindre plats. Barnens vÄningssÀng hade inget pÄslakan utan endast en filt, vi bad om pÄslakan för bÄda men fick endast för en sÀng. Handfatet i badrummet lÀckte ganska ordentligt, sÄ vi fick ha en handduk under som var konstant blöt och aldrig byttes ut. StÀdningen var i princip obefintlig, vet inte vad de gjorde utöver att tömma papperskorgen och bÀdda nÀr de stÀdade. Handdukar byttes inte ut, handfat och toalett var i samma skick som innan stÀdning. Det var hÄl i taket dÀr bambun (eller vad det var för material) gick sönder och ramlade in pÄ golvet. Duschen bestod av tre stenhÄrda smala strÄlar som gjorde ont pÄ huden, dottern fick till och med blÄmÀrken (lÄter helt sjukt, men sant! DÄ förstÄr man hur hÄrd strÄlen var). Flera svarta maskar pÄ rummet, framförallt i badrummet. Ute pÄ terrassen gick det inte att vistas dÄ det var sÄ mycket mygg. Det kan sÄklart inte personalen göra nÄgot Ät, och de bjöd pÄ myggspray.

Fin lokasjon, men bildene var misvisende iforhold til hva vi fikk av rom. God frokost, hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Skuffet over rommet, men ellers et fint opphold.
