Disappointing. I expected much more for 5 star. Worse thing was their reaction when I said there were bed bugs… Went away and came back with a bottle of calamine lotion!

Ett fint och fräscht hotell med ett riktigt bra rum, vi trivdes väldigt bra där. Samtidigt känns det som att hotellet har en tydlig vision, men att den inte riktigt genomförs fullt ut. Personalen upplevdes ibland lite trött, och även om frukosten har potential att vara riktigt bra så finns det utrymme för förbättring. Hotellet verkar vilja ha en beach club-känsla, men det fungerar inte helt i praktiken. DJ:n kommer och går utan tydliga tider och området runt poolen och stranden känns ibland lite stökigt, med solstolar som inte alltid står i ordning. Överlag är det ändå ett väldigt fint hotell och förmodligen ett av de bästa alternativen på Koh Lipe.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and surely one of the best on the island. Beautiful beach! High potential to be a great hotel. One small minus would go to the service in the hotel restaurant. At times it worked like a charm, but too many times it was very slow and not attentive. The waiters were too many times nowhere to be seen, and we waited for service. We stayed one week here and got to witness the bad side of the service too many times. Regardless, I would still go again and would recommend. The food itself in the restaurant was very tasty.
