Miscommunication
Hotel didn't have out hotels.com reservation and was completely booked due to the full moon party. However they turned it around by getting us an upgrade next door

Sweet and calm resort.
I had a very nice time at Smilebeach resort. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, the resort is a little garden which is sweet. I only had cold water, but I got the cheapest :) It is really calm there which is nice for some quiet time.

Nous avions un bungalow standard avec fan. Bien que nous avions une fenêtre, mais il n'y avait pas de circulation d'air. Nous avons demandé à changer de bungalow, en ayant avisé qu'il y avait un trou au plafond. Cela nous a été accordé après plusieurs discussion. Le ménage du bungalow se faisant au trois jours, nous devions faire les demandes de serviettes propres, papiers de toilette au jour le jour. Pour faire des découvertes de l'île, nous avons loué un scooter, car l'endroit était isolé (découvert sur place) Plage rocailleuse!!

Bungalows im Paradies
Mein Aufenthalt war super. Sie sind Mega freundlich und helfen einem. Sie sind verlässlich und versuchen immer eine Möglichkeit zu finden. Schade ist, dass die Bungalows nicht direkt vor dem Strand sind und dass es nur einen Fan gibt. Sonst ist alles super!

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble des bungalows plutôt jolis forment comme un petit village. La réception sert également de petit restaurant où l'on peut bien manger pour pas cher, et on peut se détendre en faisant une partie de billard. Le personnel est serviable, sans pour autant être très souriant (malgré le nom de l'hôtel). Le bungalow jouit d'une belle esthétique, d'une taille et d'une literie correcte. En revanche si vous n'aimez pas les petites bêtes, évitez cet hôtel: le bois est attaqué par les termites de toute part, il n'y a pas vraiment d'étanchéité et d'isolation donc les fourmis et autres insectes entrent facilement (sans pour autant vous déranger). Le bungalow dispose d'une grande terrasse avec hamac. Coté environnement, on est proche de la plage, il y a des petits restaurants, un club de plongée, des salons de massage, des chiens errants... pas dangereux mais bruyants la nuit, prévoyez vos boules quies!
