Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Pro’s: perfect location, right on the beach at the quieter side of the pier. Large bungalows with a big bed and decent A/C. Con’s: the bathroom was pretty grim. We tried breakfast in the restaurant once and it was inedible, we had to go elsewhere. The bar played one playlist on permanent repeat over and over for the entire time it was open from morning until night. The staff rarely seemed to bother collecting glasses and plates from the tables or emptying the bins, it always looked a bit of a mess. Overall, the beach was stunning, it’s such a shame because this accommodation could be great but there feels like a real lack of effort to improve the guest experience.
