From when I arrived until my departure date, I was catered to and taken well care of. I made the trip for my birthday and staying at the Banyan Tree was the best decision I could’ve made. It is a truly luxurious resort and they made me feel extra special on my birthday and throughout the trip. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable about the area and just a pleasure to be around. My villa concierge was Moss and he was exceptional. If I needed anything he was available and there to help me. Very friendly and personable as well. The food was amazing as were the drinks, the spa services were top notch, the beach was gorgeous even though the weather was a little spotty throughout the week. The buggies to get you around the property were well driven and came within minutes of you calling for them. I have never had a resort experience quite like this one and I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to celebrate a special day or just get away and relax.
I can’t forget to mention the special treats that I received throughout my stay. From desserts to commemorative pens and mouse pads and even a commemorative turtle. Oh, I can’t forget the birthday cake and birthday waffles that I received on my birthday! This was a trip to remember and staying at this resort really brought it all together. I can’t recommend them enough. I had an amazing time!
