Good service, found my room a bit damp as next to lagoon, clise ro beach. Nice beach area, quite a steep hill to main road but constant golf carts to take you up and down.

The private beach was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard buffet fare and was good but the food from the menu was broadly flavourless. The first night there we dined at the restaurant and ate elsewhere for lunch and dinner thereafter. There was a sliding glass door in the gym that would not close so many mosquitos made for an unpleasant workout. Again, the staff was fantastic.

The Fairhouse Resort exceeded our expectations. Our room right on the beach blew our mind and we thought great value for money compared to many other nearby properties. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The included breakfasts had great selection and the restaurant over looking the water was an ideal way to start the day. The pool area and food and bar service were spot on. Could not be more happier with our choice of hotel.

We arrived quite late and was given a villa up quite a large number of steps. Not very good. The next day they moved us to a ground floor villa with an upgrade. Wonderful. Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Wonderful food. And a big shout out to Senna on reception.

The first room we checked in was very dark but they were nice enough to change it for a better room. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant facing to the ocean is lovely. The hotel is located away from the town but provides shuttles to fisherman’s village and Chaweng night market conveniently.

Lots of stairs. Seemed a bit rundown. But overall its very nice. Maybe not a 5 star but definitely a 4 star. The property is very big and on a steep hill. The hotel has golf carts and will pick you up and drive you to the restaurant or front desk reception area. They come quickly and is convenient. We enjoyed our stay

Really great and lovely beach front resort/hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is quiet with plenty of loungers. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and were always smiling. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Bungalow rooms at the bottom of the resort by the beach, and these rooms were a great location next to the beach, pool, bar and breakfast. The hotel is on a hill but the staff were more than happy to collect you in a golf buggy to go up to reception to exit the hotel, so you don’t have to walk it. Would recommend and return to this resort in the future.

Fair house accommodation had everything you need but housekeeping was lacking alittle dirty sheets not always changed just rotated and floor still dirty . We also had litter in garden outside bungalow . Staff very friendly and helpful , beach beautiful and plenty of free loungers and parasols . For the price it was good value and would go back

Room was a little run down and bed was very hard. Location of the room was nice however lots of stairs. There is a service to drop you from reception to near your room, which you can call for but they are not very reliable. Long walk uphill to get to main road.

We liked the resort but found that there were stairs everywhere including in the unit and the unit washroom. This is not ideal for seniors who have slight balance problems
