The space
The space in this newly constructed villa offers an exquisite blend of modern architecture and serene tropical ambiance. As you step through the grand entrance, the villa welcomes you with an airy, open-plan design that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a cohesive, luxurious space, perfect for relaxation and socializing.

Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to sweep across sleek, contemporary furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere that extends seamlessly to the outdoor living spaces.

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each designed as a personal retreat with comfortable bedding, subtle décor, and ample privacy. Every room echoes the villa’s elegant simplicity, with touches of natural textures and a palette that reflects the calming coastal environment.

The master bedroom offers a sumptuous en-suite bathroom, complete with high-end fixtures and a freestanding bathtub for a spa-like experience. The additional bedrooms are equally well-appointed, ensuring every guest enjoys comfort and style.

Other things to note
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require flexibility around these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay, including towels and bed linens laundry. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Please note that at check-in and check-out, electric meter is recorded. Electricity is charged separately based on your usage at 8 THB per kW. This is common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation and sustainability. Water, however, is included in your stay.

Safety: For your safety, the villa is equipped with a first-aid kit, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and safety deposit box for your valuables. We also provide emergency contact numbers for your peace of mind.

Local Attractions and Services: Information about local attractions, dining options, and services such as car rentals, tour bookings, and more are available in the villa. We're happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements to enhance your stay.

Connectivity: Free high speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa for your convenience.
