The Space:
Maison Josephine has a tastefully decorated living room that offers a lot of space. The many and large windows in the living room provide lots of light. To make it even more cozy in the evening you can use the gas fireplace! From the living room you have the opportunity to walk through to the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Not only the living room, but also the kitchen offers a lot of space! There is 1 large table where everyone can have breakfast together.

From the kitchen you have access to the large sunny garden. The terrace and garden have garden furniture and a BBQ. Perfect for enjoying a nice meal together after a day exploring Koksijde!

The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread over 2 floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and sink. There are separate toilets in the house.

On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with 2 separate beds. Here you will also find another bathroom with shower and sink.

All rooms have plenty of closet space and air conditioning! Very convenient!

As 'icing on the cake', there is a cozy room in the basement for the kids! The ideal place for them to have fun with a cool board game! In addition, there is also a storage room where you can use both washing machine and dryer!

Finally, when you arrive at Maison Josephine, you can immediately use the attached parking spaces, so your vacation can start right away!

1 pet is allowed in Maison Josephine. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
